I used Adobe Illustrator shape tools, pen tool, gradient and layers to create this poster. I traced shapes using multiple layers and I added a texture using a blend mode to create a vintage effect. I am happy with how my poster as it is close to the original and looks professional. The texture made a real difference to give an aged effect. I could improve it by adding more detail to the planet surface and more stars. I will apply the texture to my future designs and explore alternative textures.
